Brand Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to support business objectives
• Define and measure local marketing strategy including messaging, channel, revenue, and spend alignment
• Act as primary support for franchisees regarding budgeting, planning, and marketing evaluation
• Maintain consistent brand voice, look, and feel across all channels
• Collaborate with creative, sales, operations, and digital teams to create cohesive brand experiences
• Manage market research and consumer insights to identify trends and customer behaviors
• Lead brand-level creative efforts and partner with key stakeholders
• Analyze campaign performance and brand health metrics in conjunction with the digital marketing team
• Conduct weekly office hours for franchisees and lead new franchisee marketing training
• Review, edit, and approve social media content
• Monitor franchisee marketing compliance and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing
• Proven success in managing brand campaigns and driving measurable results
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in franchising or agency environments
