About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans to achieve retail training revenue and enrolment targets
- Own end-to-end demand generation and lead generation across paid, organic, referral, webinar, and partnership channels
- Plan and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including paid media, social media, email, and SEO
- Drive engagement initiatives such as webinars, workshops, bootcamps, and masterclasses to generate quality leads
- Manage lead lifecycle through CRM platforms, including tracking, segmentation, nurturing, and conversion optimization
- Collaborate with sales, SMEs, and training operations to improve lead quality and enrolment outcomes
- Monitor and optimize website performance, landing pages, and customer journeys
- Analyze marketing performance and report on traffic, leads, CPL, CAC, and ROI to leadership
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure execution excellence and achievement of business objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in products, services, or training businesses
- 3+ years of experience in Education, EdTech, or Training industries
- Proven track record in lead generation, demand generation, and customer acquisition
- Strong understanding of email, WhatsApp, SMS, social media, and community-led marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Lead Squared, Meritto, Zoho, HubSpot)
- Proficiency in website management, landing pages, conversion funnels, and SEO fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics and Looker Studio
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and end-to-end marketing projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience in cloud, technology, certification, or skilling businesses
- Experience managing webinars, workshops, or community programs
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and automation tools
- MBA in Marketing or relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or CRM
