About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated brand campaigns across US, CA, and UK from brief to launch
- Write insight-led creative briefs defining audience, objectives, and messaging
- Manage day-to-day creative development and production with agencies and internal teams
- Serve as brand steward to ensure consistency across all channels and geographies
- Evaluate and manage brand sponsorships and partnerships end-to-end
- Present campaign ideas and strategic rationale to senior leadership
- Build executive-ready reporting to translate brand efforts into business impact
- Partner cross-functionally with performance marketing, product marketing, and analytics
Requirements
- 5–8 years in brand marketing, ideally in consumer-facing, digital-first environments
- Proven track record leading integrated campaigns end-to-end
- Experience managing sizable marketing budgets
- Strong creative instincts and ability to direct agencies
- Experience evaluating and managing brand sponsorships
- Analytical mindset with ability to use tools like Google Analytics and Sprout Social
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
