Responsibilities

• Expand and maintain the BranchLab visual identity across marketing, sales, digital, and client-facing materials
• Design marketing assets for campaigns, social media, events, and digital channels
• Create high-quality sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and executive-ready presentations
• Develop scalable brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable assets
• Create motion graphics, lightweight animations, and short-form video assets
• Implement AI-assisted creative workflows to accelerate design exploration and output quality
• Build and maintain organized design files, asset libraries, and template systems

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-ready presentations
• Experience creating sales decks, campaign assets, and digital marketing materials
• Ability to work quickly and iterate in a fast-paced startup environment
• Familiarity with AI creative tools and interest in AI-driven workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, healthcare, pharma, or analytics industries
• Motion graphics and video editing experience
