About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic communications and stakeholder engagement to elevate the visibility of GDS services and strengthen the EY brand.
- Translate complex business strategies into clear, measurable communication plans that drive alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Technology and Business Consulting teams, providing expert guidance on strategic priorities.
- Manage GDS communication channels, ensuring content is relevant, timely, and engaging across all internal platforms.
- Coordinate marketing communications efforts by partnering with in-house designers, external vendors, and editorial teams.
- Develop and execute innovative communication campaigns that leverage corporate storytelling to connect with diverse audiences.
- Manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously with strong project management and execution capabilities.
Requirements
- 10-14 years of experience in marketing communications or internal communications roles.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or public relations.
- Proven experience leading and managing corporate communications teams.
- Experience in a senior communications role within a global or complex organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a professional services firm, IT, or technology organization.
- Previous experience navigating large, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to develop measurement and evaluation tools using metrics to inform channel decisions.
