Brand Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct A/B testing on digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
• Manage digital campaign planning and optimize critical performance metrics
• Execute brand research projects both in-house and with external agencies to measure brand awareness
• Analyze campaign and research data to deliver actionable insights for strategy optimization
• Communicate test results and learnings to stakeholders through comprehensive reporting and data visualization
• Collaborate with external media partners like Google and Meta for planning and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, marketing, communication, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytically focused positions
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau
• Advanced Excel skills, including comfort with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Strong project management, measurement, and planning capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of statistics and data processing practices (e.g., calculating p-values, data cleaning, normalization, and regressions)
