Brand Manager – Wellness Digital and Social

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual Digital and Social Commerce content and activation strategies with clear monthly delivery plans.
• Oversee daily operations including content development, activation plans, and lower funnel media strategies.
• Track and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of digital campaigns across various platforms.
• Manage affiliates and influencers in close collaboration with agencies to drive performance.
• Deliver digital and social commerce business targets, including Net Sales and Brand Contribution, while optimizing ROI.
• Manage brand equity through the successful deployment and localization of global and APAC content toolkits.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive customer engagement and on-platform support.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of brand marketing or commercial management experience with a focus on digital marketing.
• Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications using social listening and digital tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of d-com dynamics, including performance media and social.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
