About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development of the national Brand Marketing Plan (BMP) strategy for Home Care brands to meet company goals
- Translate the Brand Value Proposition (BVP) into actionable marketing plans
- Develop and deploy brand marketing plans by assisting in the execution of integrated activity schedules
- Lead the adaptation of brand communication assets and BTL media plans, including Social, Influencer Marketing, and PR
- Define and control brand activation plans aligned with overall brand strategy
- Set, analyze, and post-evaluate KPIs to measure the results of strategy and activation plans
- Monitor the Home Care market to identify key players and growth levers
- Conduct market studies to formulate new category strategies
- Perform brand and competitor performance analysis (sell-in and sell-out)
- Manage monthly brand budgets and identify solutions to improve effectiveness
- Build productive working relationships with CBD, Global Marketing, R&D, CMI, Finance, and Supply Chain
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in brand management or marketing
- Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Proactive attitude with a consumer-centric mindset and strong communication skills
- High level of adaptability to a dynamic work environment
