Brand Manager Specialty Care & Biosimilars

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic and tactical plans for the oncology and biosimilars portfolio
• Lead the full product life cycle, including launches, indication expansions, and competitive defense
• Identify growth opportunities across institutions, payers, and special markets
• Design marketing campaigns and commercial tools tailored to specific treatment lines and target segments
• Develop value-driven initiatives for key decision-makers, including oncologists, department heads, and scientific societies
• Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access teams to develop reimbursement and pricing strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing or product experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Proficiency in conversational English
• Strong skills in market analysis, forecasting, and business case development
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, compliance requirements, and industry codes of ethics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically in oncology, specialty care, or biosimilars
• Solid knowledge of the institutional channel, social security/health insurance systems, and payers
• Postgraduate degree or MBA
