Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Integrate customer insights and analytics by interacting with customer groups to identify market observations and disease area trends
• Extract key findings from clinical literature to drive customer-centric strategies and tactics
• Prioritize appropriate targeting, positioning, and messaging across all customer segments
• Drive consistent execution of product strategy through the design and implementation of innovative projects
• Monitor and adapt the marketing mix to achieve objectives and ensure achievement of project KPIs
• Develop a robust promotional mix and provide necessary training for the sales team
• Manage budgets and ensure compliance with finance and budgeting practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medical, pharmacy, biology, biological chemistry, or marketing
• 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a consulting firm with extensive healthcare experience
• Proven experience working within a multinational company
• Strong analytical skills and experience building forecast models and valuations
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• Proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with new product launches in the healthcare sector
