Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with institutional goals and vision
• Manage and evolve the brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns for admissions, academic programs, and events
• Collaborate with internal departments for cross-functional branding initiatives
• Lead digital marketing efforts including website, social media, and online reputation management
• Work closely with creative and media agencies to produce engaging content and collaterals
• Monitor brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Handle public relations, media communications, and crisis communication
• Organize and promote institutional events, seminars, and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management
• Proven expertise in building and managing institutional or corporate brands
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and communication strategy
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Experience in handling agencies and vendors for creative and media buying

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with educational institutions or youth-focused brands
• Passion for education and an understanding of the higher education landscape in India
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
