Responsibilities
- Support the creation and development of the brand marketing plan from strategy to analysis
- Lead, manage, and coach the brand marketing team
- Identify opportunities and issues to drive brand growth and profitability using Nielsen and VIP data
- Collaborate with category management, consumer insights, and sales to develop compelling brand selling stories
- Lead the development of campaign and marketing program strategies
- Manage project workflows for brand marketing initiatives
- Integrate brand initiatives into digital marketing execution including social media, email, and digital ads
- Ensure all projects and programs meet budget parameters
- Develop new ideas for brand programs and projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- More than 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management
- 3-5 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Social Media, Click Up, and Nielsen
