Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and development of the brand marketing plan from strategy to analysis
  • Lead, manage, and coach the brand marketing team
  • Identify opportunities and issues to drive brand growth and profitability using Nielsen and VIP data
  • Collaborate with category management, consumer insights, and sales to develop compelling brand selling stories
  • Lead the development of campaign and marketing program strategies
  • Manage project workflows for brand marketing initiatives
  • Integrate brand initiatives into digital marketing execution including social media, email, and digital ads
  • Ensure all projects and programs meet budget parameters
  • Develop new ideas for brand programs and projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • More than 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management
  • 3-5 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Social Media, Click Up, and Nielsen
