About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day relationship management and execution of strategic marketing partnerships with leading corporate brands.
  • Support the delivery of contractual assets including planning, execution, measurement, and reporting for festivals, venues, and media.
  • Coordinate client status meetings, prepare agendas, and deliver post-call notes to drive program progression.
  • Manage financial performance by processing invoices, reconciling expenses to budget, and maintaining Salesforce profitability plans.
  • Analyze key metrics and industry trends to package program recaps that demonstrate ROI and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Digital, Social Media, Promotions, Talent, and Legal to ensure seamless program delivery.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of direct experience in brand or account management, client service, media, entertainment, or advertising agencies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize simultaneous projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in enterprise technology platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Asana, Slack, or Tableau.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including nights and weekends during peak seasons.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with recognizable global brands.
  • Experience managing marketing programs that include both physical and digital components.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer and market research.
  • A deep passion for the music industry and current artist trends.
