About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day relationship management and execution of strategic marketing partnerships for leading corporate brands
  • Support partnership programs across festivals, venues, on-site experiential activations, media, and social marketing
  • Coordinate client status meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and delivering post-call notes
  • Manage financial reporting for sponsorship programs, including processing invoices, reconciling expenses, and managing client billing
  • Gather and analyze key metrics to create program recaps that demonstrate ROI and delivery of objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Digital, Social Media, Promotions, Talent, and Legal to ensure successful program delivery

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in brand or account management, client service, media, entertainment, or marketing agencies
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize simultaneous projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in enterprise technology platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Asana, Slack, or Tableau
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including nights and weekends during peak seasons
  • A proactive, solutions-driven, and collaborative working style

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with recognizable global brands
  • Experience managing marketing programs that include both physical and digital components
  • Knowledge of consumer and market research to integrate into client communications
