About the role

About the Company

Legend of Toys (LOT) is a full stack D2C toys brand. We design and manufacture RC cars and drones where each product has a personality with a name and a backstory. We are building a brand from India that competes on identity, not price, focusing on cinematic product worlds and a dedicated enthusiast community.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and fix inconsistencies across all brand touchpoints including social, listings, packaging, and website
  • Establish and enforce LOT brand language, tone, and visual identity
  • Lead and mentor a creative team of six to raise the standard of output
  • Own influencer marketing and grow the Drift Club community through genuine content and activations
  • Manage product launch planning and execution to ensure every launch feels like a brand moment
  • Ensure brand consistency across Web, Ecom, and QuickCom channels

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in brand marketing, specifically with a modern D2C consumer brand
  • Proven experience leading and developing creative teams
  • Strong instincts for design, storytelling, and brand coherence
  • Experience in beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, or kidswear categories
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
