Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Own local brand strategy execution and performance for assigned consumer goods brands in Puerto Rico
• Translate global and US brand growth plans into winning, locally relevant initiatives
• Lead campaign execution with full accountability for A&P investment and agency performance
• Partner with Finance to track ROI, ROA, and maximize brand contribution to operating profit
• Lead creative, media, and digital agencies end-to-end while enforcing briefing standards
• Drive innovation launches, SKU prioritization, and portfolio optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply, Regulatory, and Digital teams to remove roadblocks
• Monitor KPIs including sales, market share, and distribution to drive corrective actions

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Brand Management
• At least 3 years of experience working with media and creative agencies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical profile and results orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing
• Strong written and communication skills for interacting with all company management levels
