About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual market activation plan aligned to 3-year growth drivers, partnering with consumer-centric cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Own the annual brand Profit & Loss (P&L), delivering sales and profit targets while actively managing budget spend
- Strengthen brand equity through effective deployment and localization of global and area toolkits
- Execute the innovation pipeline and drive best-in-class execution across media, creative development, and digital programs
- Manage agency and cross-functional relationships locally and above-market, partnering with Sales and Trade Marketing to deliver effective go-to-market plans
Requirements
- 5+ years of brand marketing experience in Consumer Products
- Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications and media plans to drive brand share growth
- Strong financial and logical thinking capabilities with robust business acumen
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within changing organizational structures and job demands
