Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and coordinate the brand strategy for the resort ecosystem, including Hotel & Spa, Restaurant/F&B, and Event Center
• Define and maintain a coherent brand identity across all customer touchpoints
• Develop and implement brand, communication, and customer experience campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies
• Coordinate creative direction and communication materials, including visuals, presentations, shoots, commercial materials, and social media
• Collaborate with management and commercial teams to develop premium market positioning
• Actively participate in developing the customer journey for corporate and private segments
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators for brand campaigns and initiatives
• Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and production partners
• Ensure aesthetic consistency and premium standards in all brand-related materials and experiences
• Engage in launch, repositioning, and development projects for new resort services

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Brand Management, Strategic Marketing, or Communication Management
• Experience in multi-brand environments or organizations with multiple business lines
• Experience in premium/luxury industries (hospitality, lifestyle, beauty, premium retail, luxury events) is a major advantage
• Solid understanding of brand positioning, customer journey, storytelling, and integrated campaigns
• Experience collaborating with creative agencies, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to combine strategy with practical execution and project delivery
• Strong aesthetic sense and high attention to detail
• Higher education in Marketing, Communication, Branding, Business, or related fields is an advantage
