About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute Etihad’s brand strategy across marketing, sponsorship, and the end-to-end guest experience
- Act as a brand custodian, providing guidance and approvals on all brand-facing assets and managing trademark governance
- Develop and evolve brand guidelines and templates for marketing, guest experience, and enterprise use
- Support end-to-end brand campaign development, from customer insight and agency briefing to production and evaluation
- Lead evergreen content production, including shoot planning, on-set guidance, and post-production quality control
- Manage brand performance tracking, reporting, and allocated brand budgets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive alignment across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a brand and marketing role
- Proven experience working within a global, matrixed organization
- Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently with both strategic thinking and executional rigour
- Background in aviation, travel, hospitality, or FMCG is preferred
