About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of high-impact marketing programs to drive the continued growth of Guinness.
- Execute sports partnerships and campaigns to make Guinness the go-to choice for football and rugby fans.
- Build demand for at-home consumption occasions by driving relevance and trial across key rituals.
- Lead end-to-end brand campaigns and activations from briefing and development through to execution and evaluation.
- Track performance and apply consumer insights to improve marketing effectiveness and future activity.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand, consumer, or marketing roles with a track record of commercial results.
- Experience leading end-to-end marketing campaigns and managing agencies across brand, activation, and media.
- Strong commercial and creative acumen with sound marketing judgment.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to collaborate within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- High level of personal accountability and a proactive mindset.
