About the Company
OZiva is an Indian plant-based wellness, nutrition, and personal care brand founded in 2016. The brand combines modern nutrition with Ayurvedic ingredients and primarily targets health-conscious consumers, especially women.
Responsibilities
- Develop content ideas, campaigns, and concepts aligned with brand objectives and consumer insights
- Write creative briefs, scripts, hooks, storyboards, and content outlines
- Lead end-to-end content production from concept to final delivery
- Work closely with internal creative teams, freelancers, creators, agencies, and production houses
- Collaborate with design and editing teams to adapt content into high-performing ad creatives
- Partner with performance marketing teams to develop content that supports acquisition, retention, and engagement goals
- Monitor and analyze content performance across channels and derive actionable insights
- Manage production timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively
Requirements
- 5–6+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Creative Strategy, Brand Content, or a similar role
- Prior experience in a D2C brand, digital-first company, creative agency, or content-focused marketing environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content ideation, scripting, campaign execution, and performance-oriented content
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing
- Experience managing content shoots and coordinating with production teams
- Strong project management and execution capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Personal Care, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands
- Agency experience with exposure to multiple brands and content formats
- Understanding of content performance metrics and paid media creative best practices
