About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of annual plans and multi-year brand strategies for the Lighters category.
- Own P&L-related brand performance indicators, including sales growth, market share, and profitability.
- Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Drive innovation pipelines, including product launches, packaging development, and portfolio optimization.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across media, digital, shopper, and retail touchpoints to increase mental availability.
- Partner with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective commercialization and execution excellence at the point of sale.
- Manage brand budgets and agency relationships to deliver high-quality creative and communication outputs.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and use data-driven KPIs to optimize investments and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Proven experience in brand management with responsibility for business growth and portfolio management.
- Advanced English fluency (mandatory).
- Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging market data from Nielsen, Kantar, or Euromonitor.
- Demonstrated experience with P&L management and ROI analysis.
- Experience leading integrated marketing initiatives and working within complex, cross-functional organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or postgraduate degree.
- Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems and media effectiveness.
- Experience with shopper marketing principles.
