About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of annual plans and multi-year brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Own P&L-related brand performance indicators including sales growth, market share, profitability, and brand health.
  • Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Drive innovation pipelines including product launches, packaging development, and portfolio optimization.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across media, digital, shopper, retail, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Partner with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective commercialization and execution excellence at point of sale.
  • Manage brand budgets effectively and optimize investments to improve ROI.
  • Lead agency relationships to deliver high-quality creative and communication outputs.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Proven experience in brand management with responsibility for business growth and portfolio management.
  • Advanced English fluency (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging market data (Nielsen, Kantar, Euromonitor, or Iscam).
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, including P&L management and ROI analysis.
  • Experience leading integrated marketing initiatives and product innovation projects.
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
