About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement omnichannel strategies for the Cleanance brand.
- Lead 360° online and offline brand activations and campaigns.
- Manage B2C media strategies in collaboration with specialists and agencies.
- Coordinate marketing content and materials for integrated campaigns.
- Monitor commercial performance, market share, ROI, and key KPIs.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and inventory in collaboration with internal departments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights.
- Partner closely with sales, medical, retail, and agency stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, Trade Marketing, or Brand Activation.
- Proven experience in the beauty, dermo-cosmetics, or consumer goods industry.
- Expertise in omnichannel strategies and brand activations.
- Strong experience in budget management, market analysis, and ROI tracking.
- Advanced English proficiency (French language skills are a plus).
- Analytical, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
