About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of below-the-line strategies to define brand presence in On and Off-premise channels.
- Execute consumer-facing activities and manage advocacy programming in partnership with Global Brand Ambassadors.
- Drive commercial success through joint planning with Sales and Commercial Planning teams using consumer insights.
- Act as the Inter-Agency Team Lead for major gifting programs, Kentucky Derby, and evergreen occasions.
- Oversee the development of point-of-sale tools and scalable global toolkits aligned with luxury positioning.
- Manage and optimize advertising and promotional budgets to maximize return on investment.
- Provide brand performance analysis and pricing assessments to support the annual Integrated Activity Planning process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in brand management or agency experience leading multiple marketing projects.
- Experience in spirits, beverage, FMCG, lifestyle brands, or an experiential agency.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, including Nielsen data, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A commercial mindset with a fundamental understanding of profit drivers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury brand positioning and management.
- Multi-disciplinary experience across advocacy, POS marketing, social, media, and analytics.
