Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive Marketing Plans based on consumer insights and market trends.
• Lead innovation strategies, focusing on the development and launch of new products and brand extensions.
• Drive communication strategies across ATL, BTL, and Digital channels, managing agency relationships to ensure high impact.
• Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with RGM and Sales Finance teams to ensure P&L success.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of professional experience in multinational FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) companies.
• Proven track record in Brand Management, Product Innovation, and Communication Campaigns.
• Expertise in Market Research methodologies and tools (Nielsen, Kantar, or ISCAM).
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and consumer investment budgets.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience supporting/mentoring teams.
