Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies for leading aesthetic medical brands.
• Manage product launches and life cycle management, from initial positioning to market entry.
• Oversee brand budgets, including planning, controlling, and performing ROI analyses.
• Develop and manage target-group-specific communication campaigns across online and offline channels for both HCPs and consumers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, Sales, Regulatory, and Training, as well as international stakeholders.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative market research and insights to optimize brand strategy and customer engagement.

Requirements

• University degree, ideally with a focus on Marketing or Health Care.
• Several years of professional experience in Brand Management.
• Background in the Pharmaceutical, Medical, or Aesthetics industry is preferred.
• Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven project management skills and high level of personal responsibility.
• Experience in budget planning and financial control.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
