Brand Leader

Responsibilities

• Define, execute, and optimize brand and product portfolio strategies aligned with corporate commercial objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and industry shifts to identify new business growth opportunities.
• Design and implement 360° marketing plans and communication campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital) to drive positioning and demand.
• Manage brand financial indicators, including sales, profitability, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to support sales strategies and strengthen relationships across various channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Business, or a related field (must be graduated).
• At least 2 years of experience in sales.
• Proven knowledge in portfolio management and category development.
• Experience in the execution of 360° marketing plans (traditional and digital).
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
• Availability to travel as required.
