Brand Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the store team to deliver an exceptional brand experience
• Take ownership of the AllSaints experience in the local city and surrounding community
• Equip and incentivise the team with product knowledge and brand strategies
• Conduct annual appraisals and manage team development and objectives
• Plan and deliver monthly floor sets to promote new collections
• Manage all business areas including customer experience, stockroom operations, payroll, and profit protection
• Monitor KPI performance and react to trade opportunities and risks
• Ensure adherence to wardrobe, grooming, and operational excellence guidelines

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of team development
• Strong passion for fashion and brand ambassadorship
• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to use reporting technologies
• Tenacity and a winning mentality to meet challenging targets
• Ability to learn new digital systems and processes
