Brand Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of managers and stylists to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
• Take full ownership of the concession's commercial performance, including KPIs, payroll, and profit protection.
• Drive sales through effective floor sets, product knowledge training, and strategic commercial decisions.
• Manage team development through annual appraisals, objective setting, and continuous coaching.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Harvey Nichols partners and the local community.
• Oversee operational excellence, including stockroom operations, health and safety, and recruitment.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and growing talent.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to use reporting technologies to drive commercial advantage.
• Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to influence partners.
• A deep passion for fashion and a commitment to being a brand ambassador.
• High level of digital literacy and a natural affinity for learning new systems.
• Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
