Brand Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of managers and stylists to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
• Take full ownership of store operations, including customer experience, stockroom management, payroll, profit protection, and health & safety.
• Drive sales and commercial performance by analyzing KPIs and implementing effective floor sets and product strategies.
• Manage team development through annual appraisals, coaching, and setting individual performance objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local community partners and concession stakeholders.
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand grooming and wardrobe guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and growing talent.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to use reporting technologies to drive commercial decisions.
• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
• A genuine passion for fashion and the ability to act as a brand ambassador.
• High level of digital literacy and comfort learning new systems and processes.
• Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
