Brand Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and long-term brand strategies for Zwitsal to drive market share, penetration, and profitability.
• Lead innovation projects from concept generation through launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Build a deep understanding of consumer behavior, parenting trends, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the product portfolio, including architecture, pricing, and proposition development.
• Develop impactful communication strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, with a focus on digital-first initiatives.
• Own brand performance tracking, including sales, market share, and brand health metrics.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams and manage external agency partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully driving market share and implementing brand growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
