Brand Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Honest’s brand strategy, positioning, and core narratives
• Lead end-to-end development of integrated campaigns across brand, product, and growth priorities
• Build and scale an always-on content engine across social, influencers, and organic channels
• Own organic channel strategy including website, Play Store, social media, and PR
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across creative and organic channel management
• Partner with Product, Growth, and Credit teams to connect brand strategy to customer insights and business outcomes

Requirements

• 5-15 years of experience in brand, marketing, or growth roles
• Proven track record of building brands and delivering high-impact campaigns
• Experience managing teams across creative, content, or channel functions
• Strong understanding of both brand building and organic growth mechanics
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect brand efforts to business outcomes
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, or consumer finance in Indonesia
• Deep understanding of local culture and what resonates with Indonesian audiences
• Experience working with influencers and building content ecosystems
• Familiarity with AI-driven creative or content production workflows
• Experience linking brand strategy closely with product development and roadmaps
