Brand Home Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of the Balcones Visitor Center to drive brand experience, visitor traffic, and hospitality sales
• Manage and develop the Visitor Center team to ensure high-level customer service and achievement of sales goals
• Oversee the annual budget and implement strategies to increase visitor counts and revenue
• Coordinate private events and consumer tour/education programs at the site
• Manage local and regional marketing efforts in collaboration with the Brand Team
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and Diageo regulations and policies
• Oversee daily cash management, stock/inventory tracking, and retail permits
• Maintain process documentation, including policies, procedures, and transaction records

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience (Retail Management or related field preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, or a related customer service industry
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team of direct reports
• Strong skills in budgeting, planning, and organizational management
• Knowledge of federal and state legal compliance related to retail and alcohol sales
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or similar advanced degree
