Responsibilities

• Own organic brand growth end-to-end including strategy, voice, channels, and content engine
• Build and run social presence across multiple platforms to identify unique ways to play
• Partner with video producers and editors to shape the editorial calendar and produce high-velocity content
• Extend the brand through creators, communities, earned moments, and partnerships
• Tell stories across product, customers, team, and culture
• Turn brand attention into measurable growth by defining and reporting on KPIs
• Work cross-functionally with comms, brand design, performance marketing, and leadership
• Experiment with new formats, tone, and timing to build the function from the ground up

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing a brand's audience organically and measurably
• Strong intuition for internet-native content and digital trends
• Ability to set strategy and defend it with data at the leadership level
• Experience navigating multiple stakeholders including engineering and executives
• Genuine excitement about robotics and physical AI
• Maturity and taste to make high-stakes brand decisions
