Brand Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Brand Finance by acting as an analytical thought partner to cross-functional leaders
• Drive the brand multi-year Strategic Planning process and long-term business strategies
• Support the Stage Gate innovation process with sales and margin guardrails and P&L benchmarks
• Partner with marketing on price-pack architecture, assessing margin and revenue impacts
• Guide product margin and performance analysis across markets, products, and channels
• Monitor brand, consumer, and competitive trends to provide actionable insights to senior leaders
• Coach and develop a finance analyst on innovation P&Ls and portfolio optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or accounting
• Experience in a Finance Manager role, ideally in CPG or retail brand/sales finance
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners with a solutions-oriented approach
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior management
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
