About the role
Responsibilities
- Actively engage and educate consumers at the point of experience, purchase, and consumption
- Humanize brands and build consumer trust through product education
- Lead consumers through sampling journeys within legal limitations
- Complete digital training and adapt to tech platforms for brand representation
- Arrive to events on time in appropriate attire and execute promotions per standards
- Distribute premiums and pre-merchandise accounts with point-of-sale materials
- Complete post-event recaps and take digital event photos for social media
- Monitor and report on competitive activity in the market
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to carry heavy trays, boxes, and objects
- Reliable and able to work event schedules (typically Thursday–Saturday, 4pm–12am)
- Ability to pass knowledge exams and deliver a short brand presentation
