About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage and educate consumers at bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and events
- Deliver product sampling experiences and build brand trust through education
- Set up eye-catching sample stations and distribute promotional premiums
- Take high-quality event photos and complete post-event recaps within 48 hours
- Travel to event locations within an hour radius of downtown Cleveland
- Follow responsible server guidelines and all company policies
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to drive to events
- Own a smartphone and be comfortable using tech platforms for reporting
- Available to work evenings and weekends, picking up 2–4 shifts weekly
- Able to stand and walk for 3+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willing to attend paid virtual training and maintain current product knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior brand ambassador or promotional experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of marketing principles
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
