About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage and educate consumers at points of experience, purchase, and consumption
- Humanize Diageo brands and build consumer trust through product education and sampling
- Lead consumers through sampling journeys of featured products per local laws and policy
- Complete digital brand and program training and pass required knowledge exams
- Use tech platforms to receive event details and input reporting data
- Arrive on time in specified attire and execute promotions per program standards
- Distribute premiums, pre-merchandise accounts with POS materials, and handle company-issued debit card transactions
- Follow Responsible Server Guidelines and report violations
- Collect and care for promotional materials and uniforms; complete post-event recaps (ERF) and submit digital photos
- Contribute to market social media and report competitive activity
Requirements
- Complete brand training and pass exams on category, production, and brand differentiation
- Deliver a short final presentation demonstrating engagement and knowledge
- Outgoing, personable, courteous, and approachable with consumers
- Reliable punctual attendance from start to end of events
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry heavy trays, boxes, or objects
- Maintain a pleasant disposition under stress
- Adhere to MKTG policies and the NA Diageo Marketing Code
