About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day relationship management and strategic marketing partnerships for top corporate brands within the Media & Sponsorship division.
  • Own the full lifecycle of sponsorship programs, including strategic planning, execution, measurement, and reporting.
  • Direct the execution of key client activations across venues, festivals, promotions, media, and content programs.
  • Drive financial strategy by managing multi-year budgets, forecasting, and translating performance data into actionable insights.
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals, providing mentorship and guiding career growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Digital, Social Media, Legal, Finance, and Creative to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Identify and close incremental business development opportunities through deep industry knowledge and client relationship building.

Requirements

  • 9-12 years of experience in brand or account management, client service, media, entertainment, or marketing consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee or agency team management.
  • Proven track record managing client portfolios with $5M+ in annual revenue.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deadlines.
  • Proficiency in enterprise technology platforms including Salesforce, Asana, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including nights and weekends during peak seasons.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working specifically with FinTech brands, loyalty platforms, or product marketing.
  • Experience with go-to-market strategy development.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer and market research.
