Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Sierra Brand Design System, including typography, color, iconography, and motion
• Create and steward a scalable token architecture bridging brand and product
• Author and refine comprehensive Brand Guidelines and toolkits for internal and external teams
• Partner with marketing, product design, and engineering to embed brand thinking into workflows
• Drive brand strategy and innovation by auditing existing expressions and anticipating growth needs
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to increase the volume and speed of on-brand asset production
• Design and own quality control processes for AI-assisted outputs

Requirements

• 8+ years of brand design experience with a focus on design systems and visual identity
• Proven ability to build scalable systems for B2B, SaaS, or AI-driven products
• Exceptional craft in typography, color, layout, and motion
• Deep proficiency in Figma (libraries, variables, auto layout) and Adobe Suite
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for generative design and automated template systems
• Strong documentation skills for writing clear brand guidelines
• Ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with design token workflows and web-based delivery
• Experience with motion design
