Reducto is the agentic document platform for leading AI teams who demand enterprise performance at scale. We provide a comprehensive toolkit for working with documents the way a human would, combining custom in-house and leading frontier models to power efficient and accurate document workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive web presence end-to-end in partnership with Product Design
• Design ads and static creative across paid, organic social, and lifecycle channels
• Elevate product screenshots and visuals for clarity and polish
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video for web, ads, social, and event use
• Lead creative for tradeshows and events including booth design and signage
• Concept and ship out-of-home campaigns such as billboards and taxi wraps
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing surfaces
• Manage external contractors for additional creative firepower

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative design
• Portfolio spanning both digital and physical/experiential work
• Proficiency in motion graphics or video tools (Lottie, After Effects, Premiere, or similar)
• Ability to move fast and take full ownership from concept through execution
• Strong collaborative skills across marketing and product design teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping out-of-home or experiential work
• Background in brand design at an early-stage, high-growth startup or design studio
• Experience with swag design
• Experience collaborating on shared design systems with product teams
