Brand Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the visual and creative identity of Posh end-to-end, defining the brand across all surfaces from social content to product marketing.
• Evolve the visual identity, design language, and creative principles for the next chapter of the brand.
• Personally create high-impact assets including hero campaigns, social assets, and merchandise.
• Source, brief, and manage freelancers, studios, photographers, and motion artists to scale creative output.
• Ensure brand cohesion across brand marketing, product marketing, performance creative, and in-product moments.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to compress turnaround times and expand creative range.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design, art direction, or similar creative roles.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, merchandise, and social content.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with modern motion design tools.
• Proficiency using Generative AI (image, video, and ideation) as part of a daily workflow.
• Ability to work in-person at our SoHo, NYC office 5 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an in-house creative leader at a scaling consumer brand.
• Hands-on experience with photo direction or film production.
• Direct experience working with musicians, artists, venues, or labels on creative partnerships.
• A deep personal connection to nightlife, music, and IRL community culture.
