Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As AI reshapes how people discover information online, Peec AI helps teams track their visibility across AI search, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence.

Responsibilities

• Own and elevate the visual identity of Peec AI across marketing channels including website, landing pages, campaigns, events, and social media
• Design and iterate high-impact marketing assets such as campaign visuals, ads, pitch decks, event materials, and editorial content
• Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to craft experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and brand trust
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all touchpoints

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design
• Exceptional design sense and a pixel-perfect eye for detail
• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing design work across web, digital, campaigns, social, print, and motion
• Expertise in modern design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
• Deep understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with growth marketing principles and conversion design
• Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with motion design, animation, or lightweight prototyping (After Effects, Lottie, Framer)
• Exceptional Figma skills
• Keen interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
