Brand Designer

Responsibilities

• Translate brand principles and themes into strategic frameworks for visual expressions
• Evolve the brand system to ensure consistency and scalability across all touchpoints
• Create multi-media narratives and engaging stories tailored to specific audiences
• Evolve the website and digital experiences to communicate value proposition and brand character
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align design with business goals
• Design marketing materials including digital/print ads, social media graphics, and email templates
• Develop brand guidelines, toolkits, and templates for organizational use
• Support product design through UI polish and visual consistency
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional brand design experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing visually appealing and thoughtful designs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume deliverables
• Confident presentation and storytelling abilities
• Willingness to work in person at the NYC office 4-5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related discipline
• Experience in startup, corporate, or agency environments
• Experience collaborating closely with product teams
• Experience with motion design
