Brand Designer

Responsibilities

• Translate brand principles into strategic visual frameworks and creative decision-making
• Evolve the brand system for consistency, scalability, and flexibility across all customer touchpoints
• Create multi-media narratives tailored to audience and communication objectives
• Evolve website and digital experiences to communicate value proposition and brand character
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to align design with business goals
• Design digital and print marketing materials, social graphics, emails, presentations, and promotional items
• Develop brand guidelines, toolkits, and templates to empower teams
• Support product design with UI polish, visual consistency, and brand alignment
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Analyze brand performance and refine visual strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional brand design experience
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high-volume deliverables
• Strong portfolio of visually appealing, thoughtful design work
• Confident presentation and storytelling abilities
• Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Willingness to work in person at the NYC office 4–5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• Experience across startups, corporate, or agency/consultancy settings
• Experience collaborating with product teams on product design initiatives
• Experience with motion design and incorporating motion into brand expression
