Brand Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development and execution of design projects across social, presentation, merchandise, and experiential mediums
• Partner with Communications and Product/Engineering teams to produce branded assets
• Own projects from initial concept through final execution
• Develop original concepts based on stakeholder direction and research
• Maintain and evolve visual identity and aesthetic standards
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from quick-turn requests to large-scale campaigns
• Produce layouts, graphics, iconography, motion assets, and visual systems
• Ensure visual quality assurance for file preparation, color accuracy, and formatting
• Support the creation of executive-level PowerPoint presentations
• Organize and maintain design assets and templates

Requirements

• Ability to lawfully access information subject to US export controls
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related field
• 4+ years of professional experience in design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, print, and brand design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Experience managing projects from concept through execution in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology or product-focused environments
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and PowerPoint
• Expertise in typography, layout systems, and color theory
• Knowledge of print production processes and color management
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, robotics, or manufacturing industries
• Strong understanding of social-first storytelling
