About the role
About the Company
Conversion is the AI-native marketing automation platform for modern software companies. Our platform lets growth teams run their entire go-to-market motion in one place, from acquisition through retention, with AI agents doing the work that legacy tools like Marketo, HubSpot, and Pardot can't.
Responsibilities
- Own the visual identity including logo, type, color, grid, and motion language
- Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across the company
- Design for web, social, decks, collateral, and launch creative
- Execute launch work end-to-end, including launch videos and webpages
- Set and maintain the craft bar for all visual assets leaving the company
- Develop a brand system that enables the team to move fast
- Create motion and video assets for launch films and social cuts
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of experience in brand and identity design
- Portfolio demonstrating identity work built from the ground up
- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, After Effects, Lottie, and Claude Design
- Strong attention to detail regarding typography, layout, and composition
- Ability to take projects from concept to finished product independently
- Ability to work in-person 5 days a week in San Francisco
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience shaping a recognizable brand identity rather than just executing existing ones
- Range across multiple mediums including landing pages and video
- A passion for creative craft demonstrated through side projects or personal art
- Strong, opinionated POV on advertising and creative excellence
