Avelios is on a mission to unlock clinical data to power seamless healthcare operations for better patient care. We have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals using cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality assets across print, physical, and digital touchpoints, including event materials, merchandise, social media, web, and employer branding
• Prepare production-ready files for print and large-format applications, ensuring correct dimensions, bleed, and color modes
• Maintain and evolve Avelios’ brand system, including guidelines, templates, and visual language
• Shape on-brand messaging and copy within designs
• Align with internal stakeholders and external vendors on briefs, concepts, and final handoffs
• Research design, marketing, and competitor trends to drive brand development

Requirements

• Degree or training in Graphic, Media, or Communication design
• 4+ years of experience designing across print and digital collateral
• Proven experience with large-format graphics, merchandise, and vendor coordination
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color, and print production (CMYK, Pantone, PDF/X)
• Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience owning or evolving a brand or visual system
• Experience in a fast-moving startup environment
