About the Company

Assembled is a unified platform that orchestrates human agents and AI at scale. Companies like Canva, Etsy, and Robinhood use Assembled to coordinate their entire support operation, including in-house agents, BPOs, and AI Agents.

Responsibilities

• Own Assembled's visual identity including brand system, design language, typography, color, and motion
• Design and art-direct core marketing materials such as website, email campaigns, event assets, and sales collateral
• Build AI-native design systems, templates, and component libraries
• Automate repeatable production tasks to focus on higher-order creative work
• Translate positioning and messaging into creative that resonates with CX and support leaders
• Lead creative on campaigns, product launches, and events from concept through execution
• Manage relationships with designers, contractors, and agency partners

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of brand design or creative direction experience at a high-growth startup or B2B tech agency
• Portfolio demonstrating both opinionated brand work and conversion-driven marketing assets
• AI adopter mindset with experience integrating AI tools into workflows
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Experience building and documenting design systems
• Strong strategic instincts and ability to translate ambiguous inputs into creative direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion or video design experience
